A: Yes. Our clusters are pre-programmed for your vehicle to provide a 100% plug-and-play installation experience.

Q: Do I need to complete any forms before ordering?
A: Yes. Please complete our RAM Classic Cluster Form as soon as possible after ordering to help expedite the programming process.

Q: How long does programming take?
A: Please allow several business days for processing, as each cluster is custom programmed to your vehicle.

Q: Are the clusters new or used?
A: All Ram clusters are professionally reconditioned OEM units and are supplied in MPH format.

Q: Will the startup splash screen match my current cluster?
A: Not necessarily. The startup logo may vary by cluster. Most Ram 1500 models will display "Ram 1500," while most HD models will display "Ram Heavy Duty" or a standard Ram logo.

Q: Will the cluster show any signs of wear?
A: The cluster may exhibit very minor cosmetic wear consistent with a reconditioned OEM component. We do not sell clusters with deep scratches, cracks, or other significant physical damage.

Q: Is this cluster available for vehicles that display speed in kilometers per hour (KPH)?
A: Yes, but KPH vehicles require a special-order configuration. Please contact us before placing your order.

Q: I have a 2013 Ram. Will all cluster functions be programmed?
A: No. Due to current limitations, drive hours and idle hours cannot be programmed on 2013 Ram models. We are actively researching a solution for future support.

Q: Do I need to select my engine type when ordering?
A: Yes. Please be sure to select the correct engine type—Gas or Diesel—when placing your order to ensure proper cluster programming and functionality.

Q: Can you program the cluster for my specific vehicle?
A: Yes. Each cluster is custom programmed to your vehicle's configuration prior to shipment to ensure proper operation and a seamless installation.
