Local Customer Item Drop Off and Order Pick Up
Items for returns, exchanges, or repairs may be dropped off at the front entrance of Infotainment Headquarters Monday – Friday from 9:30AM to 5:00PM (excluding holidays) located at 500 Geneva Drive Oviedo Florida 32765.
Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchanges must be approved by our customer support department at least one business day prior to your arrival. If your item(s) are currently installed in your vehicle, please have the Item(s) fully removed prior to your arrival, as Infotainment personnel are not equipped to assist with installation/removal services at the headquarters location. Upon your arrival, you will be required to provide a proper form of identification and your original order number
Repair Service Item Drop Off
Upon your arrival please have proper identification and your original order number available.If you do not have an order number you can contact our sales team or request to meet with a sales representative when you arrive. If the item(s) are still installed in the vehicle, please have them removed prior to your arrival as Infotainment personnel are not equipped to assist with installation/removal services at Infotainment Headquarters.

Customer Item Pick-up Policy
Order pickup can be pre-arranged through your sales representative or if you purchased through the website you can contact our customer support department. You can pick up your order after you have been notified by an Infotainment team member that your order is ready.
Order pickup is only available at Infotainment Headquarters, located at 500 Geneva Drive, Oviedo, FL 32765 Monday through Friday from 9:30AM-5:00PM (excluding holidays). Upon arrival to pickup your order, you will be required to provide proper identification and your original order number.

What is a Core and Core Charge?
- Core: A Core is simply your old part(s) that can be recycled and remanufactured for future use.
- Core Charge: The Core Charge is a dollar amount that will be charged to your payment method used for the transaction if the core is not returned within 45 days of receiving the replacement part.
Core Acceptability
In order for a core to be accepted it MUST meet the following criteria:
- Cores must be Like-For-Like. You cannot send in a part from a different model, make, or year.
- Cores must be returned within the 45 day return window – No exceptions will be made unless you contact us before then to extend the return time.
Accepted Cores that are in good shape will almost always avoid a core charge. A Core will be considered in good shape if it is. This just means that even if it doesn’t function correctly or is worn out, the manufacturer can still fix it rebuildable.
Core Return Procedure & Policy
Core Return Proceedure:
- Verify that you are not over the 45 day return time for returning a core. If you are, reach out to our customer support team to find out if your return time can be extended before continuing to return the core.
- Put your core part into the box or packaging that the new part arrived in. If you are sending in a part to be rebuilt, select a box that is sturdy enough to protect it. Please remember to place parts that are dirty or may leak fuel/oil in a plastic bag.
- Place a note or tag the part with your name and order # to expedite the process.

Core Policy:
Core returns must be sent & received within 45 days after your new part arrives to you. If we have not received your core after 45 days, or been contacted with information on when the core will arrive, the order will be marked as “No Core Returned” and your latest payment method will be charged.
How Do I Avoid a Core Charge?
Please return your defective unit within 45 days of receiving the replacement unit to avoid a core charge to your chosen payment method.
Exchange Items
To initiate an exchange please contact our customer support department,
our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Return Items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support department by phone, live chat, or via the online ticket system at anytime within 30 days from the date-of-delivery.
The representative will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required to process your return. Infotainment.com reserves the right to refuse any package returned to them without authorization or process could be delayed over 30 days.
Returns will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt (not including weekends, holidays, and the day the package is delivered). Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid the refund will be issued as store credit. Infotainment.com reserves the right to reject or impose additional charges for replacement of a return if there is damage, missing components, excessive use/wear, a different serial number from when originally shipped, etc. If the customer’s return has not been processed within 3 weeks of arrival the customer is advised to contact our customer support department for an update.
This return policy is null & void if product(s) have been tampered with or modified.
Infotainment.com is not responsible for professional fees related to installation, removal or re-installation of any product. Infotainment.com reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer is required to contact the customer service department by phone, live chat, or via the online ticket system at anytime within 90 days from the date-of-delivery or 1 year if you purchased the extended warranty.

Damaged Package
We are sorry that your item arrived damaged! We want you to have the best experience possible so if your item is damaged, follow the steps below to request a replacement item or to return your item. Your request must be submitted within 7 days of the package delivery date.

Shipping Info
Infotainment.com strives to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, all orders come with our “Compatibility Guarantee” which reassures customers that what they purchase will be verified and many times programmed by a qualified technician for the customer’s exact vehicle. This process may delay the shipment depending on sales volume. If by day five (5) the order hasn’t shipped, the customer will get an email from customer service with an update regarding the status of their order. If a product is considered a custom or special order it will be noted within the product description or by the sales agent. In this case, order fulfillment may take as little as 2 weeks or as many as 6 weeks.
Domestic Shipping:
Infotainment.com is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the continental U.S.A (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) on any order over $99! – Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via a carrier and shipping method that is at the discretion of Infotainment.com. Transit time for a order using free shipping can be as much as seven (7) business days (ground economy shipping). Expedited shipping is an option and offered within checkout. Next Day or Overnight shipping is only offered on a case-by-case basis.
Canada & International Shipping:
Infotainment.com packages and ships orders to every continent in the world. Items shipped to Canada or internationally from the U.S.A will incur a shipping fee and applicable duties/taxes which is the sole responsibility of the customer. International shipment transit times range from 3-21 days.
Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments
Infotainment.com is not responsible or liable for lost, missing, or stolen shipments. It is recommended that a customer opts for signature confirmation and/or package insurance prior to checkout to help mitigate the liability of losing their shipment. Otherwise, customers are encouraged to monitor the expected delivery date of their order and make arrangements to accept a successful package delivery personally. If the order has been marked as delivered and the package is not found, the customer is encouraged to do their due diligence immediately to locate the missing package. The customer is encouraged to contact Infotainment.com customer service for assistance with his/her investigation.
General:

For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:
- A UPS 1-800-742-5877 or FedEx 1-800-463-3339 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
For missing USPS packages:
- A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.
For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:
- Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.
In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

- See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
If you are still unable to locate your shipment after confirming the above items, please contact our Customer Support Team so we can assit you in the investigation.

Inspections are done within 1-2 business days of receiving the product.
Q. What forms of payment do you offer?
We offer payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Check, Extended Warranty, or Store Credit. Bank wire transfers may be requested for Wholesale Vendors only.
Q. How fast do I get my payment?
Once your item passes inspection your payment will be processed within 1-2 business days. If you are receiving a check, please allow 4-6 weeks for shipping.
Q. How can I apply my store credit to a purchase?
Once we have completed the inspection on your equipment, a Sales Represenative will contact you within 1-2 business days to finalize your purchase.
Q. How does my warranty get applied?
Once your equipment passes inspection, you will receive an email with your Warranty Certificate. Warranty will only be applied to the most recent order.
Q. What if I have more than 1 warranty item?
If you have two items under one quote, only one warranty will be applied to your order.
Q. What if I already have warranty on my order, but I was offered a "WARRANTY" quote?
If you have an exsiting warranty, we will further extend it.
Q. What does it mean if my PayPal payment is pending?
If you have received your Paypal payment but it has not cleared with your bank it might be considered “Pending”. Contact the purchasing department at purchasing@infotainment.com, to have your funds released to you.
