We want you to feel confident every time you order from Infotainment.com. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—plain and simple.
30-Day Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund, unless otherwise noted on the product page (such as custom-programmed or special-order items).
Changed your mind before it ships? No problem—you can cancel your order at no cost prior to fulfillment.
How Returns Work
Getting started is easy:
- Contact our Customer Support team via phone, live chat, or online ticket
- We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email
- Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA
Returns sent without an approved RMA or after the 7-day time frame may be delayed or refused.
Fees & Conditions
- A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless deemed defective by infotainment after full inspection
- No restocking fee if your item is confirmed defective after inspection
- Items must be returned in original condition, with all components included
- Infotainment.com is not responsible for installation or labor costs.
We reserve the right to adjust refunds if items are:
- Damaged
- Tampered
- Missing parts
- Excessively used
- Returned with mismatched serial numbers
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If something isn’t right with your order, let us know right away:
- Damaged in shipping or missing items: report within 7 days of delivery
- Wrong or defective product: we’ll make it right and cover return shipping
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using insured shipping with signature confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns
For international orders and/or exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
Refunds
- Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- If the original payment method is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit
