We want you to feel confident every time you order from Infotainment.com. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right—plain and simple.

30-Day Hassle-Free Returns  

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for a full refund, unless otherwise noted on the product page (such as custom-programmed or special-order items).

Changed your mind before it ships? No problem—you can cancel your order at no cost prior to fulfillment.

How Returns Work  

Getting started is easy:

  • Contact our Customer Support team via phone, live chat, or online ticket
  • We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email
  • Ship your item back within 7 days of receiving your RMA

Returns sent without an approved RMA or after the 7-day time frame may be delayed or refused.

Fees & Conditions  

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless deemed defective by infotainment after full inspection
  • No restocking fee if your item is confirmed defective after inspection
  • Items must be returned in original condition, with all components included
  • Infotainment.com is not responsible for installation or labor costs.

We reserve the right to adjust refunds if items are:

  • Damaged
  • Tampered
  • Missing parts
  • Excessively used
  • Returned with mismatched serial numbers

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders  

If something isn’t right with your order, let us know right away:

  • Damaged in shipping or missing items: report within 7 days of delivery
  • Wrong or defective product: we’ll make it right and cover return shipping

Return Shipping  

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using insured shipping with signature confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

Refunds  

  • Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • If the original payment method is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit
