Every purchase from Infotainment.com includes a free 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.

This coverage includes:

  • Repair or replacement of eligible defective products
  • Help diagnosing installation or functionality issues

If something isn’t working right, our team will work with you step-by-step to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Optional Extended Warranty (2 Additional Years)  

For customers who want extra peace of mind, we offer an optional 2-year extended warranty upgrade available at checkout.

This extends your total coverage beyond the initial year and provides:

  • Continued warranty protection
  • Ongoing technical support
  • Repair or replacement for covered issues

This is ideal for customers who want long-term protection and added confidence in their purchase.

How to Start a Warranty Claim  

We’ve made the process straightforward:

1. Contact Us

2. Troubleshooting First  

We’ll guide you through step-by-step diagnostics to identify and potentially resolve the issue without needing a return.

3. RMA Authorization (If Needed)  

If a return is required, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for next steps.

Returning Your Product  

  • Items must be shipped within 7 days of RMA issuance
  • The RMA form must be included with your return
  • Returns without authorization may be delayed or refused

Shipping Details:  

  • U.S. customers (continental): Prepaid return label provided
  • International customers: Responsible for shipping costs, duties, and taxes

Please package items securely. We cannot be responsible for damage caused during transit due to improper packaging.

Claim Processing  

  • Warranty claims are typically processed within 5 business days of receipt
  • A technician will determine whether the item will be repaired or replaced
  • Once completed, you’ll receive tracking information for your return shipment

Warranty Guidelines  

To ensure fairness and product integrity:

  • Claims may be denied if:
  1. The product is physically damaged or misused
  2. Components are missing
  3. Serial numbers do not match original shipment records
  • Each order allows up to two (2) warranty claims before compatibility evaluation is required
  • If a claim exceeds 3 weeks in processing time, please contact support for an update

What Is Not Covered  

  • Installation, removal, or reinstallation labor costs
  • Products that have been modified, tampered with, or altered
  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

  • Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery
