Overview

Give your Ford F-150 the features it deserves with a SiriusXM Satellite HD Radio Upgrade

Are you interested in adding SiriusXM® satellite radio to your 2021+ Ford F-150 truck? Are long drives feeling more dull because your truck's missing key features like XM & HD® Radio? Look no further than Infotainment.com! We offer pre-programmed plug & play factory OEM radio upgrades that feature a built-in SiriusXM satellite radio tuner, with integrated HD® Radio and magnetic antenna!

What is HD Radio?

HD Radio stations broadcast in clear digital quality to your local area making static, radio hiss and fuzz a thing of the past. Hear the difference of digital sound using the samples to the right. By broadcasting digitally over traditional radio waves, a single frequency is now capable of delivering up to four stations of content in crystal clear sound. All you do is tune in to your favorite station and your HD Radio receiver will automatically lock in to the HD1 signal for that station. One notch over on the dial and you’re listening to entirely new content on the HD2 station. Additionally the digital signal provides on-screen information such as: album art, song info, traffic and weather.

What is SiriusXM X65 Platform?

Welcome to the next generation of satellite radio—SiriusXM Platform X! This revolutionary service combines the power of satellite-to-receiver broadcasting with a brand-new streaming experience.

With Platform X, you get coast-to-coast coverage and hundreds of channels of entertainment. Enjoy commercial-free music, in-depth sports coverage, talk shows, and exclusive programming from industry giants like Howard Stern and Oprah Radio. Plus, with the X65 platform, you'll experience enhanced features like album art and better station identification, making your listening even more enjoyable.

The standout feature of the X65 Platform is the Mixed-Mode Audio Presets. This unique capability allows you to preset AM, FM, and satellite channels for seamless access without the need to change audio sources. Easily save your favorite channels by using the Direct Tune or Seek button and a quick press-and-hold to assign them to your preset list. You can save up to seven presets per page, and effortlessly swipe through pages to enjoy instant access to all your preferred stations. Enjoy the ultimate convenience in channel surfing.

Platform X offers even more with its new app, featuring always-on personalization, greater content discovery, and a revamped playback experience. The interface is designed for easy navigation, allowing you to browse channels by genre or quickly scroll through your favorite stations based on your subscription.

SiriusXM® services require subscriptions. Satellite service is available only to those at least 18 and older in the 48 contiguous US and D.C. Sirius satellite service is also available in Puerto Rico (with coverage limitations). To receive satellite radio, the vehicle needs to be outside with a clear view to the sky.

Things to Know

  • If SiriusXM doesn't immediately show up in Sources, after programming, go to General Settings and press Reset.
  • Magnetic Antenna Placement: In some cases we've had customers install the satellite radio antenna on top of their dash (just beneath the windshield). This results in little to no signal interruptions. Infotainment does not recommend doing this but it is a viable option for those to deem it necessary.
