2020-2026 Jeep Gladiator JT Factory OEM ParkSense Rear Park Assist

The ParkSense system detects objects located behind the vehicle within defined coverage zones. When an object is detected, the system provides an alert to the customer based on the selected customer configuration and the object's location and distance relative to the vehicle. The system assists the driver during parking by sensing obstacles situated outside the driver's field of view. The information regarding the presence and distance of an obstacle is transmitted to the driver in the form of an audible alert and graphic display on the instrument cluster. The audible alert is pulsed at a rate dependent on distance to the obstacle. This highly sought after safety upgrade is 100% fully plug & play and will operate like it would be from the factory which means the settings can be controlled from the factory radio display. *Please Note - A replacement rear bumper is not included*   Our kit includes the security gateway module bypass and the OBD Genie C-XAA programmer which will enable the "XAA : ParkSense Rear Park Assist" option code within the Jeep's body control module. Dealer programming is not required! • A replacement rear bumper equipped with the 4 sensor holes is required for this upgrade. There are many to choose from online but two examples would be the Mopar Steel Bumper: 68341830AA, and Mopar Injection Molded Black Bumper: 6RG14RXFAA.
  Many aftermarket versions will come with the holes pre-drilled and include plastic caps to fill the holes in the event the Jeep isn't equipped with XAA - Rear Park Assist.

Note - For best results, run the OBDGenie in the Accessory position (do not start the engine), then turn the vehicle off before completing the full installation. Do not start the engine until all components are fully connected. We also recommend testing the system in the dash first to confirm it works without error messages before running and securing the final wiring and sensors.
