2019-2024 Ram 1500 DT Factory OEM Mopar Remote Start Upgrade

This Infotainment.com exclusive factory OEM Mopar Ram 1500 DT remote start option now available for all 2019+ Ram 1500 DT. Remote start conveniently starts the engine from outside the vehicle by using the RKE key fob while maintaining security. The system has a targeted range of at least 91 m (300 ft). The vehicle must be locked, the tailgate and hood closed and the transmission in Park in order to start the engine using the Remote Start button on the key fob.

The remote start system can activate interior illumination, climate control, the optional heated/ventilated seats, and optional heated steering wheel, depending on temperatures outside and inside the vehicle. However, operation of the power sunroof and the power windows are inhibited during the remote start event until the driver presses the KIN Engine START/STOP button or the brake pedal.

Our kit includes the security gateway module bypass and the OBD Genie C-XBM programmer which will enable the "XBM : Remote Start" option code within the Ram's body control module. For all Ram 1500 DT, a local Ram dealer will be required to program the replacement RF hub and (2) keys.
