2019-2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Factory OEM GM® Remote Start Upgrade

This Infotainment.com factory OEM GM® Chevrolet Silverado remote start option now available for all 2019+ Silverado models. Remote start conveniently starts the engine from outside the vehicle by using the RKE key fob while maintaining security. The system has a targeted range of at least 91 m (300 ft). The vehicle must be locked, the tailgate and hood closed and the transmission in Park in order to start the engine using the Remote Start button on the key fob.

The remote start system can activate interior illumination, climate control, the optional heated/ventilated seats, and optional heated steering wheel, depending on temperatures outside and inside the vehicle. However, operation of the power sunroof and the power windows are inhibited during the remote start event until the driver manually turns the vehicle on with the key / push button start.

* Dealer Programming Required * - Included with our kit is a vehicle specific authorization code which will allow your local GM dealer (or local mechanic with a GM ACDelco programming subscription) the ability to add the "BTV : CONTROL REMOTE ENGINE START" RPO code to your truck's VIN attributes. See photo below for an example.
