Things to Know

Q: How is the mileage handled on the replacement cluster?
A: The supplied cluster will be pre-programmed to automatically read and display the vehicle’s mileage from one of multiple ECUs within the vehicle.

Q: Will the new cluster match my current display style and colors?
A: Yes. The supplied cluster will match your existing cluster appearance, including red or green/blue color variations.

Q: What happens to engine idle time and run time hours?
A: Engine idle time and full run time hours will be set to zero. Since base clusters typically do not display idle time, they are left at zero by default.

Q: Can engine hours be updated on the new cluster?
A: Yes. If you would like engine hours updated, your local dealer will need to connect a scan tool to your vehicle and provide a GDS2 printout showing both idle and full run time hours.

Q: Will aftermarket upgrades like GPS navigation or Apple CarPlay/Android Auto be reflected on the cluster?
A: Not automatically. Please inform our team if you have recently added these upgrades, as they may not appear when decoding your VIN.

Q: How long does it take to receive the cluster?
A: Please allow 1–2 weeks for procurement, programming, and shipping, as each cluster is custom prepared.

Q: Are these clusters available in both MPH and KPH?
A: Yes. We offer both MPH and KPH formats depending on your vehicle requirements.

Q: Will the fuel range display be accurate immediately after installation?
A: Not immediately. Please allow a few tanks of fuel for the estimated range calculation to fully recalibrate and synchronize.

Q: Where is the transmission temperature gauge located?
A: The transmission temperature gauge is displayed within the Tow/Haul mode on the cluster.
