-Patented 2017- This product is designed for customers with the factory installed UConnect® RA1 3.0 or RA2 5.0 radios in the 2013-2018 Ram 1500-5500 & 2019-2022 Ram 1500 Classic trucks featuring manual HVAC controls. This Infotainment.com exclusive bezel features a factory fit & finish, compatible with all Ram trucks with manual HVAC controls, and can be ordered with a built-in volume control rotary switch.

Note: Both terminals of the main battery must be connected during the installation of this bezel. Failure to do so will damage the bezel.

Product installation

Remove the climate controls from your original radio bezel (4 screws) and install it onto the included radio bezel (C-BEZ).
Plug the white connector coming from the volume control into the climate controls. Plug the truck’s factory climate control connector into the other end of the volume control. Done!

Things to Know

Q: Does the volume bezel require special installation steps?
A: Yes. The volume bezel MUST be installed with both terminals of the main battery connected to avoid damaging the volume circuit board.

Q: Can I disconnect the battery during installation?
A: No. Disconnecting the battery during installation can permanently damage the internal components of the volume bezel.

Q: What happens if the battery is disconnected during installation?
A: It may result in permanent damage to the volume circuit board.

Q: Do I need to choose an option for volume control?
A: Yes. You must select either “Yes Please” or “No Thanks” when ordering.

Q: What do I get if I select “Yes Please”?
A: A custom-made volume control switch will be installed onto the radio bezel, allowing you to adjust audio volume directly from the bezel.

Q: Does the volume knob have a mute function?
A: No. The knob does not include a mute function.

Q: What happens if I select “No Thanks”?
A: You will use your factory steering wheel-mounted audio controls to adjust volume instead.
