Things to Know

Q: Can I add the factory UConnect® phone button to my steering wheel?
A: Yes. You can add the factory UConnect®/phone button by installing switch Part Number 56054449AA, available through your local Ram dealer. Simply reverse the installation procedure to install the new switch.

Q: My backup camera currently displays in the rearview mirror. Will anything need to change?
A: Yes. If your vehicle currently displays the backup camera image in the mirror, you will need to reroute the video feed to the radio display during installation.

Q: My truck has factory cab/roof-mounted amber marker lights. Is any additional wiring required?
A: Yes. Vehicles equipped with factory cab/roof-mounted amber lights will need to add power and ground pins to the newly installed mirror harness. Refer to the wiring diagram provided with the installation instructions.
