*To complete your repair order, you MUST review, fill out, and submit this Repair Authorization Form, after purchasing this service. A copy MUST then be printed out and placed in the same box as your defective unit, before shipping it to us at 500 Geneva Dr, Oviedo, FL 32765.

Do you own a vehicle with a factory installed defective or damaged 730N MyGIG RER or RHR GPS Navigation Radio? Repair or replace yours today! Some common problems with these units are the following:

  • Touchscreen Related – Cracked, shattered, dented, scratched, or worn digitizer. Many times the screen will not respond to touch. The LCD display may also appear black or blank resulting from internal failure.
  • Circuit Board Related – No power, no video, no sound, or stuck on initial power on splash/logo screen. If motherboard replacement is required, additional $200 will be required for service.
  • Navigation Related – GPS fails to pinpoint your location, black screen after pressing “Map” button, or no navigation database found.
  • CD Drive – Screen shows “Read Error” or “Reading” for a long period of time after disc is inserted. Many times the internal CD mechanism will get jammed so inserting a disc or ejecting a disc is impossible. Many times a defective mechanism will also emit an audible clicking sound.
  • Internal Hard Disc Drive – No navigation database found, Gracenote files missing or inoperable. Unable to copy music to HDD.
  • Sirius Satellite Radio – Tuner failure or broken fakra barb.
  • Connectors – Broken rear Fakra or molded connectors.
  • Software/Firmware – Buggy or lagging operating system. In many cases this can be resolved after we load the latest available software update.

Simply remove and replace your vehicle’s factory installed defective/damaged radio. Most are attached to the dash with 4 screws. Easily do it yourself or use one of our Verified Installers to assist.

Our Flat Rate Repairs are designed to make your equipment function like new at a standardized minimum rate and cover most repairs. *Exclusions* flat rate repairs are intended to bring the unit back to full OEM specifications at a minimum average cost. In the event the unit has major damage, the Flat Rate alone will not apply. In which case, an estimate for additional parts will be provided. The flat rate repair does not include: Major components or assemblies, damage related to abuse, misuse or shipping, accessories, and optional equipment.

    Received unit with white and the blue round terminal partial broken off. Still serviceable. No itemized receipt detailing what was found wrong and what components were replaced including bench testing to verify that all systems functions correctly. Backup camera does not display. I don’t know if it’s the camera, cable or radio or what.

    Service was excellent. Radio was repaired the same week it arrived. Good communication upon receipt and return shipping the same week. Repair was complete and all functioning well. Only comment it would have been nice to have a summary of what was done, i.e screen replacement, software upgrade etc.

    Repair works great,but changing security code for radio and not informing me was very frustrating and time consuming as it should have been returned with oringinal factory security code. Offered to change it back,but that would involve taking it back out sending to Infotainment. Waiting for the radio to be returned to me and then reinstalling.

    The repair service of my Uconnect 730N service was a 3 star. I was told that most likely they could have fixed it but they couldn’t. I was stuck to pay an additional $550 on top of the $400 for the repair service to purchase a refurbished same unit for my Jeep. The refurbished unit is working great at this point.

    Almost everything looks good except one city label. Northeast of Ellsworth, WI highway 63 runs north and south. About 5 miles north of Ellsworth there is a county road, County G, which runs east. Somewhere between 5 to 8 miles east there is a small town which you have labeled Beldenville. The actual name is El Paso. Beldenville is located on HWY 65 (?) NW of Ellsworth about 5 or 6 miles.

    Like new again, all function seems to be working as they should.
    I need the security code after installation, called told them what I needed. Tech named Roger asked for repair number, and in about 3 minutes he had it, input the four-digit number, worked great. The only thing no one can control is I’m in California, and they are in Florida, shiping took a few days, No big deal. Will use again

    Over the top Customer Service and knowledge. I had shipped my radio to another business who assured me they could restore my radio/navigation unit. Received a call day or so after they received it, telling me they could not repair it. So, I found Infotainment, reached out to them, spoke to a Rep who spoke to one of their Techs, while I was still on the phone with him, and was told, yes, we can repair it. Super quick turnaround and the unit actually works better than it ever has. I would not hesitate to send them another radio in need of service. If there were more than 5 stars, I’d give it to them.

    They repaired my RHR out of my 2010 Gran Cherokee and when reinstalled everything worked perfectly except the radio. Found out that the center lead on the antenna connector was broken which was really hard to see. May have broken during re-installation. Infotainment sent a return label, repaired the connector and returned it in only nine days which included shipping both ways all at no charge. These guys stand behind their work and really provide quality service.

    Your work was excellent. The radio is installed and working well. Cold contact on the internet is not the way I do business. Verifying a true business and credibility was very difficult. Followed by incomplete information made it less inviting. In most situations I would have walked away. At the end of the day, high marks for looking like a scam. Most important very high marks for the fast turnaround. And very high marks for the repair.

 Shipping Policy:

 strives to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, all orders come with our “Compatibility Guarantee” which reassures customers that what they purchase will be verified and sometimes programmed by a qualified technician for the customer’s exact vehicle. This process may delay the shipment depending on sales volume. If by day five (5) the order hasn’t shipped, the customer will get an email from customer service with an update regarding the status of their order. If a product is considered back-ordered or a special order it will be noted within the product advertisement or by the sales agent. In this case, order fulfillment may take as little as 2 weeks or as many as 6 weeks.

              • Orders are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)

          Domestic Shipping:

 is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the U.S.A on any order over $99! – Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via a carrier and shipping method that is at the discretion of Transit time for a order using free shipping can be as much as seven (7) business days (ground economy shipping). Expedited shipping is an option and offered within checkout. Next Day or Overnight shipping is only offered on a case-by-case basis.

          Canada & International Shipping:

 packages and ships orders to every continent in the world. Items shipped to Canada or internationally from the U.S.A will incur a shipping fee and applicable duties/taxes which is the sole responsibility of the customer. International shipment transit times range from 3-21 days. 

          Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments

 is not responsible or liable for lost, missing, or stolen shipments. It is recommended that a customer opts for signature confirmation and/or package insurance prior to checkout to help mitigate the liability of losing their shipment. Otherwise, customers are encouraged to monitor the expected delivery date of their order and make arrangements to accept a successful package delivery personally. If the order has been marked as delivered and the package is not found, the customer is encouraged to do their due diligence immediately to locate the missing package. The customer is encouraged to contact customer service for assistance with his/her investigation.


              • Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
              • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
              • Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc. 
              • See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.

          For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:

              • A UPS1-800-742-5877 or FedEx1-800-463-3339 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.

          For missing USPS packages:

              • A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.

          For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:

              • Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

          In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.

          Service Option

          • Full Replacement - Please select this option and we will send you a fully refurbished product. Once you receive it swap the products and return your defective or damaged unit as a core with the enclosed return shipping label. It's that easy!
          • Please Repair My Radio - Select this option to have your radio professionally repaired. Simply remove your radio and ship it to our facility along with our Repair Authorization Form. Allow 2-3 days for repair and we will return it to you with a full warranty.
