*To complete your repair order, you MUST review, fill out, and submit this Repair Authorization Form after purchasing this service. A copy MUST then be printed out and placed in the same box as your defective unit before shipping it to us at 500 Geneva Dr, Oviedo, FL 32765.

Do you own a vehicle with a factory installed defective or damaged UConnect 4 8.4-inch touchscreen UAQ or UAS radio? These Infotainment systems are featured in many Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / RAM vehicles from 2017-2022 as listed below. Repair or replace yours today! Some common problems with these systems are the following:

  • Touchscreen Related – Bubbled, cracked, shattered, dented, scratched, or worn digitizer. Many times the screen will not respond to touch. The LCD display may also appear black or blank resulting from internal failure.
  • Circuit Board Related – Sierra Wireless module air card failure. No power, no video, no sound, or stuck on initial power on splash/logo screen. Failed update or interrupted update causing reboot loop. MMC failure. BOLO error.
  • Navigation Related (UAQ) – GPS fails to pinpoint your location, NAV stuck in “Loading” loop or map database undefined.
  • Sirius Satellite Radio – Tuner failure or broken fakra barb.
  • Connectors – Broken rear fakra or molded connectors.
  • Software/Firmware – Buggy or lagging operating system. In many cases this can be resolved after we load the latest available software update.

Product Installation

Simply remove and replace your vehicle’s factory installed defective/damaged radios. Most radios are attached to the dash with 4 screws. Easily do it yourself or use one of our Verified Installers to assist.

  • The Flat Rate Repair services program is designed to simplify the repair process, and improve turnaround times, at cost effective rates that save you time and money. Our Flat Rate Repairs are designed to make your equipment function like new at a standardized minimum rate and cover most repairs. *Exclusions* flat rate repairs are intended to bring the unit back to full OEM specifications at a minimum average cost. In the event the unit has major damage, the Flat Rate alone will not apply. In which case, an estimate for additional parts will be provided. The flat rate repair does not include: Major components or assemblies, damage related to abuse, misuse or shipping, accessories, and optional equipment.

    Very happy overall. I was a little disappointed that my radio arrived (according to UPS) and it took two days before they even acknowledged it had been received, then another two days to fix it, which ended up being a two week loss of my radio, wifi and all enviromental controls in my truck. Make sure you pop the fuse when you install. My radio freaked out when I first plugged it in but after a reset and a night to chill, it started acting normal again. Nice to have a working radio/screen again! Should have done this a year ago!

    2018 jeep gc trailhawk wk2 Easy to remove…Easy to install, thanks for the great instructional videos! Radio works fantastic! Shipping took about 2 weeks round trip which was really good i thought! No complaints just some critiques as follows:

    1.I really wish i got sent a shipping kit. No big deal. I dont ship often so i had no packaging equipment.

    2.Before i removed the radio i disconnected the main battery under seat. I did not realize i had to disconnect aux 14 small auto on/off battery as well…once i installed new radio i went to start jeep and battery was dead…being that its a 5 yr old battery i replaced sub and main battery… wish i knew to disconnect both not your fault but maybe a video to mention this for someone else!

    My 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee had glue leak behind the radio which caused de-lamination on the screen, causing it to “ghostâ€? (hit buttons non stop without me hitting them.) Jeep dealership wanted to charge me $2000. This place is AMAZING! Less than half the cost, and speedy repair! I shipped my screen off on a Sunday and had it by Tuesday the following week.     Life saver! Got the dreaded delaminating screen on my Grand Cherokee. Revived the unit using. The YouTube guide in 5 minutes and mailed off. From ship date, it took 9 days to get the unit back in my hands. Repaired screen was higher quality than original so that was amazing. A/C still works after removal which I was concerned about.     Everything works better than it was when I purchase a truck at 30000 miles serious very happy with the turnaround time and quality of work seems excellent. Cost was a lot but compared to buying a new oem unit or even an aftermarket unit the cost is well worth it. There’s something to be said about oem stuff as well. I purchased an aftermarket unit prior to fixing this oem unit.     After spending countless hours with bondo paddles, isopropyl alcohol and 3m electrical tape trying to clean up and repair, then two different digitizers off of Amazon with no luck I finally bit the bullet and went with infotainment.     The process was seamless and easy. I removed the delaminated FCA Uconnect Screen myself and sent it to Infotainment for repair. I received it back a week later & re – installed with success. With so many of these units that are failing, I was able to find a You Tube video of how to remove and re install screen myself.

    Shame on Chrysler for not accepting responsibility of your failed product. This is my third and last Chrysler product that I will purchase.

    I tried fixing it myself but ended up with an unusable touch screen, after sending it into infotainment they had it fixed within a week or so and returned. Quick and easy re-install and I was off! Only thing that would have made it better was some instructions on how the car needs to re-sync. (Found on YouTube) but nothing included in the return box. I also had some communication with customer service and it was quick and easy answers.

    July 2022, sent my 2018 Jeep GC Uconnect 4C UAC unit in for repair of the bubble screen and failing GPS system. Using their videos the removal and installation was straight forward. Shipped the unit on a Friday, received the unit back 7 business days later on a Tuesday. The communications from this company were great – email when unit was received, again when scheduled with tech for repair, again when unit was scheduled for return ship, again when unit was shipped.
    I had one follow up question on installation and their support tech was prompt and quickly answered my question.
    The unit has been installed for a couple weeks and work’s flawlessly. It did take a few hours for the unit to fully adjust to the cars ECM’s, and about 48 hours for the GPS system to “learnâ€? it’s location consistently. One tip I found for my Jeep – start the car a few times with the driver door open which seems to reset the NAV and adjust GPS location.
    The unit was returned preprogrammed with updated software, and all of my info was still in memory. They did send a card with the radio security code which I did not need.
    These Uconnect issues should be a manufacturer recall, but the flat rate repair fee from Infotainment saved me close to $2k versus dealer replacement.
    It’s great to do business with a company that offers professional, prompt service. Overall a good experience to solve a frustrating manufacturers issue.

    Great service! Anyone with a head unit that is freaking out should try this before spending 5 times as much buying a new one.

    My only issue; when I plugged my Jeep Rubicon unit in, the screen said ‘Ram’ and didn’t look like my old system. I immediately took it back out and prepared to send it back to Infotainment. I called first, the very smart young lady that answered explained that the unit will communicate with the car and learn the options and set itself up. I was skeptical, she was right. Like new now!!! Maybe they should send directions with the unit when it is returned????????

    My Chrysler 300 had an issue with the screen where a bubble formed that gradually got bigger until it started inputting random touches.     2018 Pacifica screen freezing and lost color.
    After the tech emailed me and said that he needed the base radio unit also because screen was working correctly for him and I got it sent in. The repair went well.
    I received the screen unit back first then the radio unit. Installed and the only glitch was I didn’t have the four digit password number to unlock the radio when I turned it on. I called a local dealer with the radio serial number and the Pacifica VIN number. He then gave me the password and everything worked like it was new.
    Some of the information I had found said a dealer will charge $750-$1000 to replace a faulty unit.
    My repair took about a week from start to finish and I fill I saved at least $500

    I installed it myself using your video. Works great. One minor glitch. I broke part of one connector. Used electrical tape to secure it. Wondering if you can tell me where I can obtain one. If I have a problem I’ll probably just tape it to an adjoining wire. I would add to your video that the connector has to be squeezed to disconnect. I thought the tab had to be pulled out. That’s how I broke it. Thanks

    My radio unit in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee started delaminating. The black covering that keeps your unit covered started to melt away and caused the unit to randomly flip to various channels or ask me if I would like to adjust the clock constantly. The dealership that I took the car to for repair advised me that updating the software would probably fix problem. Well…$171 later the problem continued. The dealership then quoted me a price of $1600 for a whole new radio/computer unit but told me they had no idea when supply of computer/radio would be available. I then did some research on my own and located infotainment. “Jerryâ€? walked me through cost of repair and explained this was a recurring defect with the radio but they could fix the delaminating and the radio would be fine. He was absolutely correct. My only complaint would be that infotainment should send a little note back with the repaired radio head that it may take a day or two for car to recognize computer again and that the touch screen may not work immediately. The radio works great now!!

          For missing USPS packages:

              • A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.

          For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:

              • Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

          In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager.
