Do you own a vehicle with a factory installed defective or damaged UConnect 3 8.4-inch touchscreen RA4 or RA3 radio? These Infotainment systems are featured in many Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / RAM vehicles from 2013-2017 as listed within the “Vehicle Compatibility” section. Repair yours today! Some common problems with these systems are the following:

  • Touchscreen Related – Cracked, shattered, dented, scratched, or worn digitizer. Many times the screen will not respond to touch. The LCD display may also appear black or blank resulting from internal failure. The RA4 & RA3 radios do not experience delaminated or bubbled screens.
  • Circuit Board Related – Sierra Wireless module air card failure. No power, no video, no sound, or stuck on initial power on splash/logo screen. Failed update or interrupted update causing reboot loop. MMC failure. BOLO error.
  • Navigation Related (RA4) – GPS fails to pinpoint your location, NAV stuck in “Loading” loop or map database undefined.
  • Sirius Satellite Radio – Tuner failure or broken fakra barb.
  • Connectors – Broken rear Fakra or molded connectors.
  • Software/Firmware – Buggy or lagging operating system. In many cases this can be resolved after we load the latest available software update.

Simply remove and replace your vehicle’s factory installed defective/damaged radios. Most radios are attached to the dash with 4 screws. Easily do it yourself or use one of our Verified Installers to assist.

  • The repaired system will contain the latest & greatest software/firmware update. It is not guaranteed to contain the latest navigation update if equipped.
  • The Flat Rate Repair services program is designed to simplify the repair process, and improve turnaround times, at cost effective rates that save you time and money. Our Flat Rate Repairs are designed to make your equipment function like new at a standardized minimum rate and cover most repairs. *Exclusions* flat rate repairs are intended to bring the unit back to full OEM specifications at a minimum average cost. In the event the unit has major damage, the Flat Rate alone will not apply. In which case, an estimate for additional parts will be provided. The flat rate repair does not include: Major components or assemblies, damage related to abuse, misuse or shipping, accessories, and optional equipment.

    I was really impressed with the turnaround time. Virtually the day they received it, it was repaired and on its way back to me. I installed it in my Grand Cherokee, fired it up, entered the provided security code and it worked like new. My screen had been non-responsive before the repair, so I was unable to change some hvac settings or turn on my heated seats. Good to have that functionality in the winter!

    My audio unit wouldn’t update Uconnect with the new software because it had internal failure. Contacted infotainment, told them the issue I was having and they quoted me a price ($300). Unit was repaired and updated with latest software and shipped back to me within 5-6 days. Absolutely would recommend this company again for any future repairs needed.     My radio started acting up. The GPS would not detect my position, my cell phones wouldn’t charge, the volume for my phone was much different than the volume for my radio, radio stations would change on their own. I found Infotainment on the internet and thought they were worth a try. I found some great instructional videos on YouTube which enabled me to easily remove the radio and send it for repairs. Infotainment returned our radio promptly and it works perfect. I’m very pleased and would use Infotainment again.

    Infotainment received my head unit, performed repairs, and shipped it back extremely quickly. They also provided me updates on status throughout. I continued to have problems with my system after the head unit was returned so I reached back out. They answered all my questions quickly and confirmed they had bench tested the head unit and it was working perfectly.     I bought this radio for my 2015 Dodge Charger. I first seen this web site when I was looking up if I could change my radio in my car, because if you know the newer versions of dodge you have to be able to change your climate and settings on the radio so you have to get a stock. once I seen the prices on here so I then contacted my dealership where I live to see if they would order one and install it. needless to say they told me the radio would be 2,500 dollars and then that I would not be able to do it because I would have to change out all the wires in my car. I then contacted OEM and talked to a nice guy that told me that it was not true and I would be able to install the radio in my car. I was still nervous to order it but once he told me that they had a 30 day money back guarantee I just ordered it! when i received it I went straight to my local radio store and go my radio installed. it also came with a 911- assist bypass with directions on how to install it which was awesome. I got a call from the radio people and hour later saying it was ready to pick up. it costed me 60 bucks which was a really good price! I now have my radio with its beautiful big screen and SiriusXM! I recommend these people to anyone! they are very nice and are very helpful with any questions you need! Thank you for making my Radio buy easy and very pleasant!

 Shipping Policy:

 strives to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, all orders come with our “Compatibility Guarantee” which reassures customers that what they purchase will be verified and sometimes programmed by a qualified technician for the customer’s exact vehicle. This process may delay the shipment depending on sales volume. If by day five (5) the order hasn’t shipped, the customer will get an email from customer service with an update regarding the status of their order. If a product is considered back-ordered or a special order it will be noted within the product advertisement or by the sales agent. In this case, order fulfillment may take as little as 2 weeks or as many as 6 weeks.

              • Orders are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)
              • fulfills orders from 5 different locations in North America. Individual items within the order may ship from different locations with different tracking numbers
              • Shipments are not able to be re-directed by the customer after being sent

          Domestic Shipping:

Expedited shipping is an option and offered within checkout. Next Day or Overnight shipping is only offered on a case-by-case basis.

          Canada & International Shipping:

 packages and ships orders to every continent in the world. Items shipped to Canada or internationally from the U.S.A will incur a shipping fee and applicable duties/taxes which is the sole responsibility of the customer. International shipment transit times range from 3-21 days. 

          Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments

 is not responsible or liable for lost, missing, or stolen shipments. It is recommended that a customer opts for signature confirmation and/or package insurance prior to checkout to help mitigate the liability of losing their shipment. Otherwise, customers are encouraged to monitor the expected delivery date of their order and make arrangements to accept a successful package delivery personally. If the order has been marked as delivered and the package is not found, the customer is encouraged to do their due diligence immediately to locate the missing package. The customer is encouraged to contact customer service for assistance with his/her investigation.


              • Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
              • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
              • Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc. 
              • See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.

          For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:

              • A UPS1-800-742-5877 or FedEx1-800-463-3339 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.

          For missing USPS packages:

              • A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.

          For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:

              • Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

          In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.


          • Full Replacement - Please select this option and we will send you a fully refurbished product. Once you receive it swap the products and return your defective or damaged system as a core with the enclosed return shipping label. It's that easy!
          • Please Repair My Display - Select this option to have your system professionally repaired. Simply remove your system and ship it to our facility along with our Repair Authorization Form. Allow 2-3 days for repair and we will return it to you with a full warranty.
