We recommend removing your display assembly and sending to us for repair. Feel free to use one of our Verified Installers to assist. If you have a technical background feel free to order the full replacement and you’ll be responsible for disassembling your center stack and swapping the displays.

Our Flat Rate Repairs are designed to make your equipment function like new at a standardized minimum rate and cover most repairs. *Exclusions* flat rate repairs are intended to bring the unit back to full OEM specifications at a minimum average cost. In the event the unit has major damage, the Flat Rate alone will not apply. In which case, an estimate for additional parts will be provided.     It took only 3 business days to return my 2016 Colorado touch screen repaired!. After wanting to tear out my unit and throw it out of my window at 60 MPH due to "ghost touches" I finally researched and found Infotainment.com. New units from the dealer were over $1k, aftermarket 8" replacements were just short of that. With a little bit of elbow grease and a few days with a hole in my dash, my unit was returned good as new!! I can’t tell you how awesome it is to have one of the best features of my Colorado back and working flawlessly.

    Once I finally diagnosed what all caused the electronics/electrical issues with my 2015 Silverado (more than one problem resulting in the malfunction of instruments, gauges and infotainment screen), replacing a faulty negative battery cable that was in no way visibly defective, upgrading to Apple CarPlay while installing the replacement Infotainment screen has made my truck better than it was new. Online research and diagnosis took ten times what the actual install required.

    My original touchscreen would jump around with the icons. It would jump to different radio station on its own and even dialing out by itself.
    When using autoplay it would jump all over the place, I just had to turn off the radio and don’t use it.

    Then I read about this replacement from infotainment that in their description that it corrected that issue, so I bought it and its been over 3 weeks now and I am a very happy camper.
    I say if you ever want to upgrade your radio or find a fix call and talk to the folks at infotainment, they have you covered, and oh by the way I trusted them so much I upgraded my radio to add navigation to it, instead og using onstage which works out great.
    My truck I did this too is, 2016 chevy colorado….

    Great service and responsiveness. The only suggestions for GMC Silverado touchscreen repair: 1. let customers know they need to send the touchscreen and the circuit board and bezel and 2. Let customers know the touchscreen takes about5-10 minutes to boot up/warm up when installed.

    Thankfully I received the repaired screen for my 2018 GMC Canyon and installed it myself very easily. The only issue I had was the condition of the box that it was sent in. It was in very poor condition and partially damaged mostly on the corners. So glad that it was bubble wrapped so well to protect it.

    Have owned my 2015 GMC Canyon for 5 years. Media center screen would randomly change stations and functions, occasionally to begin with, then constantly the last 2 years. Dealer could not (or would not) verify in order to fix the issue. Seeing so many other GM owners having similar issues, they need to issue a recall. I can tell you it’s a hazard in heavy traffic when your radio display and other things start going crazy. Shame on GM!
    Anyway, ran across Infotainment and decided to bite the bullet. Worked with a helpful rep named Thomas who listened to the symptoms and recommended a screen replacement. I did and FINALLY it works the way it should have all along! The Youtube replacement video made it an easy DIY fix. So happy I found Infotainment!

    Had problems with the touch screen in my 2016 Colorado. Ordered a replacement and received it in about 3 weeks. Installed it and it worked fine for 2 days and then went to changing to the station line up on its own. Contacted infotainment and they had me send the replacement back. Two weeks later I got the replacement for it. So far in the week I have had it installed it has worked perfectly.

However, all orders come with our “Compatibility Guarantee” which reassures customers that what they purchase will be verified and sometimes programmed by a qualified technician for the customer’s exact vehicle. This process may delay the shipment depending on sales volume.           Infotainment.com is proud to offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the U.S.A on any order over $99! – Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via a carrier and shipping method that is at the discretion of Infotainment.com. Transit time for a order using free shipping can be as much as seven (7) business days (ground economy shipping). Expedited shipping is an option and offered within checkout. Next Day or Overnight shipping is only offered on a case-by-case basis.
           
           

          Canada & International Shipping:

          Infotainment.com packages and ships orders to every continent in the world. Items shipped to Canada or internationally from the U.S.A will incur a shipping fee and applicable duties/taxes which is the sole responsibility of the customer. International shipment transit times range from 3-21 days. 
           
           

          Lost / Missing / Stolen Shipments

          Infotainment.com is not responsible or liable for lost, missing, or stolen shipments. It is recommended that a customer opts for signature confirmation and/or package insurance prior to checkout to help mitigate the liability of losing their shipment. Otherwise, customers are encouraged to monitor the expected delivery date of their order and make arrangements to accept a successful package delivery personally. If the order has been marked as delivered and the package is not found, the customer is encouraged to do their due diligence immediately to locate the missing package. The customer is encouraged to contact Infotainment.com customer service for assistance with his/her investigation.
           

          General:

              • Verify the shipping address used within checkout to ensure it is correct
              • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
              • Look around the delivery location for your package. Many times carriers will place the package in a location that isn’t typical, ie. behind the fence, by the garage, near the mailbox, etc. 
              • See if someone else accepted the delivery such as a family member or neighbor. In recent past, customers have found the package mixed with other family member’s packages inside their home several days after delivery.
           

          For missing UPS/FedEx shipped packages:

              • A UPS1-800-742-5877 or FedEx1-800-463-3339 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. This process takes up to 8 business days to be completed.
           

          For missing USPS packages:

              • A US Postal Service 1-800-222-1811 trace investigation must be initiated as soon as possible. Many times USPS will suggest that it will take an extra 7 business days after the expected date of delivery to locate the package.

          For missing packages that have been shipped to an APO/FPO:

              • Please note that the Military Postal Service Agency does not consider a package to be lost until 60 days after the date of mailing. If the customer still has not received their package after 60 days then please contact customer service to assist you in filing a missing package inquiry with the MPSA. Once the inquiry is received, the MPSA will be in contact to positively identify the owner and ship the item to the recipient should it be found.

          In the event a lost or missing package is not recovered within 14-days (domestic shipments) or 30-days (international shipments) a police report may be required at the discretion of the customer support manager. All part numbers and/or serial numbers are recorded prior to shipping, this vital information will assist the police with the investigation. Depending solely on the circumstances, the customer support manager may opt to release another identical shipment requiring a direct signature of the original buyer.
